Northeast-10 Player of the Week
Mike Ball, Southern New Hampshire (So., A, Salem, N.H.) - Totaled
12 goals and three assists in a 2-0 week. Recorded four goals and
an assist in a win over Molloy, then posted seven goals and two
assists in a win over American International.
Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week
Michael Kennedy, Bryant (Sr., G, Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) -
Allowed five goals in two games last week, posting wins in both
games. Had 15 saves on 28 shots faced in the team's win over Saint
Michael's.
Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week
Keith Merluzzo, Southern New Hampshire (Fr., A, Billerica, Mass. -
Totaled five goals and six assists in a 2-0 week. Notched two goals
and an assist in a win over Molloy, then recorded three goals and
five assists in a win over American International.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Andy Curtis, Bentley (Jr., A, Chelmsford, Mass.) - Scored six
goals and added four assists for a 10-point week last week. Tallied
five goals and two assists in a 19-5 win over Assumption and
notched a goal and two assists in a 12-9 win over Pace.
Kris Dambach, Bentley (Jr., G, Chester, N.J.) - Posted a 7.00
goals against average and made 14 saves in a 2-0 week to earn a
pair of wins against Assumption and Pace.
Kevin Gould, Bentley (So., A, Duxbury, Mass.) - Scored nine goals
and added three assists for 12 points in a pair of wins last week.
Tallied four goals and two assists in a 19-5 win over Assumption
and netted five goals to lead the Falcons in a 12-9 win over
Pace.
Addi Van Hatcher, Bentley (So., M, Tigard, Ore.) - Tallied seven
points with two goals and five assists in a 2-0 week. Scored a goal
in each game and added three assists against Assumption and two
assists against Pace.
Bryan Kaufmann, Bryant (Jr., A, Putnam Valley, N.Y.) - Scored five
goals and added two assists in a pair of wins this past week. Had a
goal and assist in the win over American International and followed
with a four-goal effort in the win over Saint Michael's. Two of his
goals were in man-up situations.
Alex Bily, Le Moyne (Sr., A, Syracuse, N.Y.) - In a 12-5 victory
over Merrimack, scored three goals and recorded one assist. Also
added three ground balls.
Brian Griffin, Le Moyne (Jr., M, Camillus, N.Y.) - In a 12-5
victory over Merrimack, won 16-of-18 faces offs and collected 14
ground balls in the midfield. Also added one goal on the offensive
end.
Chris Murphy, Saint Anselm (Jr., M, Winchester, Mass.) - Scored a
hat trick and added an assist and one groundball in the 10-4 win
over Assumption.
Jeff Hannon, Saint Michael's (Sr., G, Wilbraham, Mass.) - Stopped
14 shots in a week in which allowed Franklin Pierce only one goal
in a 15-1 win and saved 12 against Bryant in an 8-5 loss.
Greg Lazarus, Saint Michael's (Sr., A, Evanston, Ill.) - Scored
five goals in a 1-1 week, including four first half goals in a 15-1
win over Franklin Pierce.
Spencer Rennick, Southern New Hampshire (Sr., A, Peabody, Mass.) -
Totaled five goals and three assists in a win over American
International and added a goal and three assists in a win over
Molloy.
Weekly Notes:
BRYANT: Bryant enters the week ranked No. 7
nationally by the USILA. Bryant's win over Saint Michael's Saturday
gave goalie Michael Kennedy (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) the
school record for wins in a season (31). The Bulldogs will play
Merrimack College at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. this
Saturday at 3 p.m.
