Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Brittany Birch , Saint Anselm (Sr., C, Bradford, Mass. ) - Was 3-for-5 in two games with two runs scored, three runs batted in and one walk in a 2-0 week.

Northeast-10 Pitcher of the Week

Megan Lemire, Saint Anselm (Jr., SP, Worcester, Mass.) - Was 1-0 with one save in 7.2 scoreless innings last week. Went five innings in the season opener versus Saint Vincent, allowing two hits and three strikeouts. Came in as relief in the next game, going 2.2 innings and allowed just two hits and one unearned run while striking out seven. Finished the week with 7.2 innings with seven strikeouts and a 0.00 earned run average with four hits allowed.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Morgan Murphy, Saint Anselm (Fr., 1B, Orange, Mass.) - In her lone game of the week, was 3-for-4 with four runs batted in and a double. Smacked a line-drive, three-run home run in her first career game.
