Northeast-10 Player of the Week
Christina Wolf, Southern Connecticut (Sr., 3B, Newtown, Conn.) - Went 12-25 (.480) with 12 RBI and five runs scored in a 7-1 week. Knocked two home runs in two games against Adelphi, including a grandslam in the top of the sixth to put the Owls ahead for the win.

Northeast-10 Pitcher of the Week
Jill Gagnon, Merrimack (Sr., SP, Manchester, N.H.) - Threw a nine-inning, one-hit, ten strikeout shutout against American International. In 16 innings this past week, was 2-0 with a 1.31 ERA and 17 strikeouts.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week
Kristen Dolan, American International (Fr., SP, Norwood, Mass.) - Went 1-1 with one save while posting a 1.56 ERA and fanning 16 in three appearances last week. Allowed two earned runs with eight Ks in a complete game win over Bentley and tossed 1.1 scoreless innings to earn a save in the game-one win at Bridgeport. Allowed one run while striking out seven in nine innings against Merrimack.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Michelle Franey, American International (Jr., 2B, Abington, Mass.) - Batted .455 (10-22) from the lead-off spot this past week with two doubles, two home runs, five RBI and six runs scored. Went 2-4 with two runs scored in a 7-4 win over Bentley and was 5-8 with a double, two home runs, five RBI and four runs scored in a doubleheader at Bridgeport.

Ashley Bilodeau, Assumption (So., 3B, Manchester, Conn.) - In a double header sweep of UMass Lowell, hit.571. Went 4-for-7, including a grand slam and one double. Had five RBI and scored three runs and stole a base.

Jennifer Lowrey, Assumption (Fr., SP, Assonet, Mass.) - Pitched a complete game shutout surrendering only three hits and striking out eight batter in the 3-0 win over UMass Lowell.

Maitlyn Kraft, Bentley (So., OF, New Braunfels, Texas) - In a 1-1 week, was three for five with three RBI, two runs scored, a double and two walks. In an 11-2 game two win over American International, had a three-run double and also scored twice.

Jennifer Farrelly, Le Moyne (Sr., SP, Latham, N.Y.) - Went 1-1 with a 0.43 earned run average and 21 strikeouts over three appearances in a 2-2 week, while also hitting .333 with four runs batted in and two runs scored. Tossed 4.1 scoreless innings in relief with seven strikeouts in the first game of a doubleheader at Molloy. Allowed two unearned runs over five innings with seven strikeouts in the nightcap at Molloy. Yielded one run and struck out seven batters in a complete-game performance in a 4-1 win at Stonehill. Recorded a two-run hit in each game of the doubleheader sweep of Stonehill.

Leah Ford, Le Moyne (Fr , 1B, Pulaski, N.Y.) - Hit .417 (5-for-12) with two doubles, a run batted in and three runs scored in a 2-2 week. Registered two hits and a run scored in each game of a doubleheader at Molloy. Posted a hit and a run scored in the 7-0 win over Stonehill in the first game of a doubleheader.

Danielle VanGorder, Le Moyne (Jr., OF, Vestal, N.Y.) - Hit .467 (7-for-15) with two stolen bases, two runs batted in and two runs scored in a 2-2 week. Registered two hits and an RBI in each game of a doubleheader at Molloy. Went 3-for-4 with a run scored in the 4-1 win over Stonehill in the second game of a doubleheader.

Kara Melillo, Merrimack (So., C, North Andover, Mass.) - Batted .500 (6-for-12) in four games this past week and drove in three runs while scoring three more. Did not make an error in 27 fielding chances.

Amy Nepi, New Haven (Fr., SS, New Castle, Del.) - Hit a walk off home run in the bottom of the eighth inning to defeat visiting Saint Rose. Slugged .500 for the week and had three hits in 12 plate appearances.

Meghan Walter, New Haven (Jr., 1B, Bay Shore, N.Y.) - Hit .636 for the week, going 7-for-11 at the plate. Had an on-base percentage of .733 and slugging percentage of .727. Had multiple hits in three games. Drove in the game-tying RBI in the bottom of the seventh with two outs against Saint Rose.

Trish Allutto, Pace (Sr., C, Matawan, N.J.) - Batted .353 (6-for-17)with seven RBI, one run scored and a homerun in six games. Went 5-for-9 with seven RBI and a homerun in a doubleheader sweep over Saint Michael's. Had a key game-tying two-run single in the seventh inning of the nightcap in the Setters 10-run rally.

Patricia Hurley, Pace (Sr., 1B, Assonet, Mass.) - Batted .421 (8-for-19) with two doubles, five runs scored, a homerun and four RBI. Went 6-for-9 with five scored four RBI, a double and a two-run homerun in a doubleheader sweep over Saint Michael's.

Morgan Murphy, Saint Anselm (Fr., 1B, Orange, Mass.) - In four games, batted .429 with two runs scored, two runs batted in and her third home run of the season. Finished the week with a .857 slugging percentage and had a .643 on-base percentage after also drawing six walks.

Alyssa Farrell, Saint Rose (So., DH, Ogdensburg, N.Y.) - Batted .417 and slugged .667 throughout a 2-2 week. Drove in four runs, belted a home run and scored once while going 5-for-12 at the plate. Went 1-for-2 in the second game of a 1-0 win versus Pace. Finished 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run on the strength of her first career homer in a 3-2 setback at New Haven. In game two, went 2-for-3 with two RBI in another 3-2 loss against the Chargers.

Megan Caporossi, Southern Connecticut (Jr., SS, Northford, Conn.) - Recorded eight hits, seven runs scored and seven RBI in a 7-1 week. Registered the game-winning RBI in the bottom of the eighth inning against Saint Anselm and belted home runs against C.W. Post and Adelphi during the week.

Weekly Notes:

PACE: Head Coach Claudia Stabile earned her 500th career victory in Pace's 5-3 victory in the first game of the doubleheader against Saint Michael's on March 28.
