Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Carla Savini, Franklin Pierce (So., A, Danvers) - Recorded 14 points on 13 goals and one assist. Notched six goals in a 12-11 setback to Smith College. Collected four goals against Morrisville and totaled two goals versus Clarkson.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Erin Hopkins, Franklin Pierce (Sr., G, Penn Yan, NY) - Recorded 78 saves in four games, averaging 19.5 saves per game. Had 33 stops against Plymouth State College and collected 11 saves in the 17-11 victory over SUNY-Morrisville. Totaled 15 saves in a 12-11 setback to Smith College.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Jaclyn Griffin, Bentley (Fr., A, Barrington, IL) - Scored six goals and recorded two assists this past week. Scored a hat trick and added an assist in a 15-13 victory over Merrimack and in the 18-15 setback to Southern New Hampshire.

Weekly Honor Roll:


Shannon Howard, Assumption (So., A, Norfolk, MA) - Recorded seven points with five goals versus Saint Michael’s.

Christina Guglielmo, Bentley (Fr., G, Fair Haven, NJ) - Made 20 saves in a 1-1 week, picking up a win by stopping seven shots in the win over Merrimack, then making 13 saves at Southern New Hampshire.

Kellyn Riccitelli, Bentley (Sr., A, Cheshire, CT) - Scored four goals and added five assists this past week. Netted a hat trick with four assists in a win over Merrimack and added a goal and an assist at Southern New Hampshire.

Alyssa Ritchie, Bentley (So., A, North Andover, MA) - Posted three goals and 11 assists in two games last week. Recorded eight assists at Southern New Hampshire and scored a goal. That performance followed a two-goal, three-assist effort in the win over Merrimack.

Katie Van Horne, Bentley (Sr., M, Liverpool, NY) - Scored five goals and an assist in the win over Merrimack and added an assist at Southern New Hampshire.

Meghan Masterson, Franklin Pierce (Fr., A, Sharon, MA) - Totaled eight points on six goals and two assists last week. Posted four points on three goals and one assist in the 17-11 victory over SUNY-Morrisville. Chipped in with two goals in a 12-11 setback to Smith College. Scored goal against Plymouth State College.

May Stoffer, Franklin Pierce (So., A, New Hartford, CT) - Totaled nine total points on seven goals and two assists. Had a six-point performance against SUNY-Morrisville, including four goals and two assists. Netted two goals against Clarkson. Chipped in with one goal in a 12-11 setback to Smith.

Megan Lagasse, Saint Michael's (Sr., A, Newburyport, MA) - Tallied six goals in a 1-1 week. Posted a goal against Stonehill in a 22-6 loss and had five scores in the 22-12 win over Assumption.

Michelle Kelly, Stonehill (So., M, Mendham, NJ)- Notched five goals and pair of assists for seven points in a 21-6 victory over Saint Michael's.

Kristin Darrell, Stonehill (Jr., A, West Islip, NY) - Netted six goals and an assist for seven points in a 21-6 victory over Saint Michael's.

Tracey Hoffman, Stonehill (Sr., A, Nashua, NH) - Netted a hat trick and five assists for eight points in the victory over Saint Michael's.

Libby Parent, Southern New Hampshire (So., M, Hinesburg, VT) - Totaled four goals and three assists in a 18-15 win over Bentley.

BENTLEY:
Alyssa Ritchie broke the Northeast-10 Conference record for assists in a game with eight on Saturday at Southern New Hampshire. First-year head coach Jess Davos earned her first career win at the helm of the Falcons on firday with a 15-13 win over #10 Merrimack. FRANKLIN PIERCE: The Ravens broke a 41 games losing streak by defeating SUNY-Morrisville 17-11. Erin Hopkins became Franklin Pierce's all-time single game save record holder with 33 stops against Plymouth State College. STONEHILL: The Skyhawks opened defense of their Northeast-10 title by notching their 59th straight conference victory and improving to 72-1 all-time in league play. Stonehill, ranked fifth nationally for the third straight week, has been ranked in the IWLCA top 10 for each of the last 63 weeks. The Skyhawks square off with 10th-ranked Merrimack on Tuesday evening in North Andover in a re-match of the last two Northeast-10 championship contests.
