Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Salina Moylan, New Haven (Sr., M, Couty Clare, Ireland) - Scored four goals in a 2-0-1 week. Scored two goals in a 4-0 victory over Post University and scored a goal in the win versus Saint Anselm and the draw versus Dowling.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Shannon Murphy, Saint Rose (Jr., GK, Charlton, Mass.) - Went 2-0 and allowed one goal in 135 minutes to account for a 0.67 GAA this past week. In a 2-1 victory at Southern Connecticut, stopped three shots to collect the win. Did not surrender a goal in 45 minutes of action during a 5-0 victory over Southern New Hampshire. Turned aside two shots during the first half of play.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Alexandra Murphy, Stonehill (Fr., F, Weymouth, Mass.) - Scored three goals in a 1-1 week. Had a goal in a 3-1 loss to American International and scored two first half goals in a 3-0 win against Assumption.


Weekly Honor Roll:

Sarah Boornazian, American International (So., F, Farmington, Conn.) - Scored a goal and assisted on another in the 3-1 win at Stonehill. Setup the team’s third goal, which was scored just 50 seconds after the Skyhawks pulled within a goal at 2-1.

Danielle Hodecker, American International (Sr., GK, West Springfield, Mass.) - Recorded nine saves, seven of which came in the second half, in the 3-1 win at Stonehill.

Cheryl Boyd, Bentley (Jr., F, Holliston, Mass.) - Scored two goals this past week, one a game-winner against New York Tech in overtime, the other against Le Moyne.

Kara Smith, Bentley (So., GK, West Springfield, Mass.) - Posted a 1-0-1 record this past week, while making nine saves over the two games. Also posted an .818 save percentage and a .90 GAA.

Angelika Johansson, Franklin Pierce (So., F, Falkenberg, Sweden) - Totaled five points with two goals and an assist in two matches last week. Played a role in both Franklin Pierce goals with a goal and assist the 2-1 victory at Flagler. Scored just 33-seconds into the match and assisted on what would prove to be the match-winner early in the second half. Netted an equalizing goal with just 59-seconds left in regulation to force overtime at Florida Tech.

Kelly Sisco, Franklin Pierce (Sr., F, Hubbardston, Mass.) - Netted the match-winning goal in the 2-1 win at Flagler.

Kim Taylor, New Haven (Fr., GK, Patchogue, N.Y.) - Went 2-0-1 in three games this past week. Played in all 290 minutes and allowed just four goals and grabbed 20 saves. Recorded a shutout against Post while recording a 1.24 goals against average and a .833 save percentage one the week.

Mariah Darrah, Pace (Fr., F, Newburgh, N.Y.) - Scored the game-winning goal in a double overtime win over Saint Michael's.

Jacqueline Cooney, Saint Anselm (So., GK, Braintree, Mass.) - Gave up no goals in over 120 minutes of play against conference opponents New Haven and Merrimack this past week. In a 4-0 victory over the Warriors, racked up four saves in the shutout. Against New Haven, played the second half making four saves in the 3-1 loss.

Jennifer Pearl, Saint Anselm (So., F, Stoughton, Mass.) - Compiles a three goal, two assist week in two conference games this past week. Against Merrimack, had her hand in all four goals scoring two and assisting on the others in a 4-0 win. Also added the team’s lone goal in a 3-1 loss at New Haven.

Teresa Vercollone, Saint Anselm (Fr., M, Pembroke, Mass.) - Had a goal and an assist in the 4-0 win verus Merrimack.

Jazmine Farrell, Saint Rose (So., F, Raritan, N.J.) - Scored two goals for four points in a 2-0 week. Both tallies came within a four-minute span of a 5-0 victory over Southern New Hampshire. Made it a 2-0 affair in the 23rd minute and added the second marker in the 27th minute.

Ashley Knight, Southern Connecticut (Jr., D, Rockland, Mass.) - Scored the game-winning goal on a free kick against UMass-Lowell in a 2-0 victory.

Sophia Saint Paul, Southern New Hampshire (Sr., F, Brockton, Mass.) - Recorded the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Saint Michael's.

Sarah Hickey, Stonehill (Fr., GK, Lee, Mass.) - Made seven saves, including a breakaway with under a minute left in the match to record shutout win versus Assumption.

Weekly Honor Roll:

SAINT ROSE: Head coach Laurie Darling Gutheil picked up the 150th victory of her career in a 5-0 victory over visiting Southern New Hampshire on Saturday. Darling Gutheil stands 21st in wins among active NCAA Division II mentors and owns the second highest winning percentage in Northeast-10 Conference history at this juncture (.741).
