    Founding Father

Inducted into the Northeast-10 Hall of Fame posthumously, Tom Folliard is also a member of the Stonehill Hall as the former Head Men's Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics.

One of the founding fathers of the Northeast-7 Conference in 1979, Tom served in his dual capacity from 1978 through 1984 and guided Stonehill to an overall mark of 102-68 (.600) during his tenure that included three straight conference championships and three straight berths in the NCAA Division II tournament, the only time that either of those feats has been accomplished in the program's history.

His 102 victories ranks second on Stonehill's all-time wins list, as he guided the Chieftains to back-to-back 21 wins in 1980-81 and 1981-82.

Folliard, who came to Stonehill after serving as the men's basketball coach at Bryant, also served as the men's basketball coach at the Florida Institute of Technology following his tenure with the Chieftains and is also a member of that school's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Tom's vision and influence in creating the NE-10 will be forever appreciated.
