The 2019 Adelphi Women’s Lacrosse Team won the program’s ninth national championship when it soundly defeated West Chester, 11-5, on May 19, 2019 in Allendale, Michigan. Kole Pollock led the Panthers that day with four goals, while Lena Riportella added three of her own. Eight players overall contributed multiple points in the winning effort. Adelphi finished the season with a 19-3 record, including a 12-1 mark in NE10 play. It was the third national title under head coach Pat McCabe and the sixth for the Panthers since joining the conference in 2010. Adelphi in 2019 becomes the ninth women’s lacrosse program inducted into the NE10 Hall of Fame.
