NE-10 RELEASE
Boulet served as head coach for 47 years and led Bryant to 20 Northeast-10 Conference Championships. Under his direction, Boulet led Bryant to 31 NCAA Championship appearances and 11 New England titles. He was named NE-10 and New England Coach of the Year 18 times – records that still stand to this day.
A member of seven Halls of Fame, including the National Golf Coaches Association’s, he coached 21 All-Americans during his time in Smithfield, R.I. Boulet was a professor at Bryant for 38 years, and served as the Chair of the school’s Science Department for 19 years.
- Arthur “Archie” Boulet served as Bryant’s head coach from 1964-2011
- The Bulldogs won 20 of the first 27 NE-10 men’s golf titles seasons in the league under the legendary Boulet
- Boulet led Bryant to nine straight NE-10 titles from 1984-1991
- Under Boulet’s watch, Ray Isle won four straight NE-10 individual men’s golf titles from 1993-1996, which still stands as a conference record
