NE10 Player of the Week

Tray Alexander, Pace
Graduate Student | Guard | Freeport, N.Y.

Alexander recorded back-to-back double-doubles in the 2-0 week as the Setters remain undefeated to start their season. In the victorious week, the graduate student averaged 14.0 points and 11.5 assists per game - including 16 points and 12 assists in a 73-61 win over Bentley. 

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Rico Byrd, Saint Michael's
Freshman | Guard | East Moline, Ill.
 

Byrd averaged 17.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.0 offensive rebounds and 3.0 assists last week, shooting 50.0% from the floor. Against Assumption on Wednesday, he notched 21 points on 7-of-16 shooting with five rebounds and five assists before turning in 14 points on 5-of-8 shooting with eight boards, including four offensive, versus Southern Connecticut State on Saturday.
