New Haven's Eason Named Walter Camp Division II All-American

Eason Also Earned All-America Honors from D2CCA

MANSFIELD, Mass. - New Haven's dynamic kick returner Kha'lil Eason has been named part of the inaugural Division II All-America Football Team for the Walter Camp Foundation, as announced earlier in January.

It is the second All-America honor for Eason following his performance in 2024. He led all of Division II by averaging 40.6 yards per return on 16 chances, while tying for the national lead with three kicks returned for touchdowns. He scored the three touchdowns on 10 fewer returns than Frostburg State's Jordan Marcucci, the player that was tied with Eason for the most scoring plays on kick returns.

Eason was named First Team All-American by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA), while also earning recognition as a Don Hansen Honorable Mention All-American, an All-New England Team honoree and a D2CCA All-Super Region 1 Team selection.

He helped New Haven win its second-straight and sixth overall NE10 Championship - which included a touchdown on the opening kick return in the regular season finale against Pace, the title-clinching victory for the Chargers.
