Falzon Runs Owls to Comeback Win.

NE10 Offensive Player of the Week

Kieran Falzon, Southern Connecticut
Junior | Running Back | Hazlet, N.J.

In a 35-34 come-from-behind win at Pace, Falzon had 23 carries for a career-best 181 yards and two touchdowns on runs of 57 and 53 yards. Falzon averaged 7.9 yards per carry and currently leads the NE10 with 96.2 rushing yards per game. 


NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Jason Paganis, Saint Anselm
Sophomore | Linebacker | Billerica, Mass.

Paganis had a breakout performance for the Hawks in their 27-14 victory over AIC, recording eight total tackles with three sacks. His three sacks totaled 21 yards lost for the Yellow Jackets' offense. Previously this season, Paganis had just three tackles to his credit. 


NE10 Special Teams Player of the Week

Elijah Temple, Pace
Sophomore | Wide Receiver | Albany, N.Y.

Temple electrified the home crowd with a 96-yard kickoff return for a touchdown on the game’s opening play, giving Pace an early lead. He finished with 172 kickoff return yards on four attempts, averaging an impressive 43.0 yards per return. Temple’s performance marked one of the longest returns in the NE10 this season and provided a major spark for the Setters’ special teams unit.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Imanuel Cox, Assumption
Freshman | Defensive Line | Windsor, Conn.

Cox had a breakout game in Assumption's 63-27 win at Post. He recorded four tackles, while adding 2.5 tackles for a loss, including a half of a sack.
