NE10 Player of the Week

Vicente Preto, Southern New Hampshire
Sophomore | Sesimbra, Portugal

Preto won both of his matches for men's tennis, as it edged Franklin Pierce, 4-3, Saturday. Preto downed Ruben Minguez, 7-6 (7-3), 6-3, at No. 1 singles to clinch the match and also combined with Albert Modol to clinch the doubles point with a 6-4 victory at No. 1 over Minguez and Martin Dominguez.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Mathias Bonnefond, Franklin Pierce
Freshman | Chateauroux, France


Despite a 4-3 loss to Southern New Hampshire on Saturday, Bonnefond went 2-0 for Franklin Pierce - securing wins at No. 6 singles and No. 2 doubles with partner Roman Gonzalez.
