Cunneen Posts a Big Week Between the Pipes.

NE10 Player of the Week

Jake DiNapoli, Assumption
Senior | Forward | North Reading, Mass.

DiNapoli extended his goal streak to four games and his point streak to five games, as he scored three goals in a weekend split of Southern New Hampshire. He netted a power play goal on Friday evening, before scoring another power play goal and adding a shorthanded tally in the win on Saturday. 


NE10 Goaltender of the Week

Ben Cunneen, Post
Senior | Goaltender | Pembroke Pines, Fla.

Cunneen recorded the second shutout in Post  history against Saint Michael's on Saturday afternoon, stopping 22 shots in a 3-0 win for Post, while being 1-0-1 in net this weekend. Cunneen made 52 saves in 125 minutes, allowing two goals for a .963 save percentage and 0.96 goals-against average. The senior only allowed one goal in the five-round shootout that Post lost on Friday.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Gavin Simon, SNHU
Freshman | Defender | Monticello, Minn.

Simon had a goal and an assist as SNHU picked up its first NE10 win of the season, 5-2, at Assumption on Friday night.  Simon's short-handed goal in the third period of the game was the first of his college career.
