NE10 Offensive Player of the Week

Jay Kastantin, Assumption
Junior | Quarterback | Needham, Mass.


Kastantin led the way for Assumption through the air and on the ground in its first game at No. 7 Kutztown. He went 15-for-27 for 136 yards and two touchdowns in the passing game. Kastantin added 70 yards on nine carries on the ground, recording 206 yards of offense.


NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Henry Schouten, Bentley
Senior | Linebacker | Englewood, Fla.


Schouten, a 2024 All-NE10 First Team selection for Bentley, opened the 2025 season with a game-high 16 tackles (10 solo) against West Chester. 


NE10 Special Teams Player of the Week

Decker McNally, Pace
Sophomore | Punter | Flemington, N.J.


McNally played a pivotal role in the field-position battle during Pace’s game against East Stroudsburg. The junior delivered six punts for 263 total yards, averaging an impressive 43.8 yards per attempt, including a long of 53 yards and two inside the 20 yard line.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Matthew Slojkowski, American International
Freshman | Punter | Winchester, Calif.

Slojkowski had a strong showing in his debut as AIC's primary punter, getting off eight punts for an average of 36.6 yards including a 57-yard punt that turned into an AIC touchdown as it bounced over the head of Central Connecticut's returner and into the endzone. On several of his punts, he had to dodge defenders who broke through to get the kick away, but avoided allowing any kicks to be blocked. He also had one kickoff for 57 yards.
