Swimming and Diving 10/27/2026 2:00:00 PM NE10 Women's Swimming and Diving Report: Week 4 Trio of School Represented During Early Season Action Northeast 10 WOMen's SWIMMING AND DIVING Players of the Week SWIMMER of the Week Week 4 Ceyda GENÇ Bridgeport / Sophonmore / Bio Genç won the 50 Back with the fastest time in the NE10 this season in a tri-meet with Holy Cross and Assumption. She posted a 27.92 time that was complimented by a 50 Free score of 25.23, which places her fourth amongst conference competition. Ceyda was also part of the victorious 400 Free Relay team that touched the wall in 4:03.54. DIVER of the Week Week 4 Jacqueline DeFRANCO CSI / Senior / Bio DeFranco posted the top 3M score in the confeence this season, noting a 225.25 final in a head-to-head meet with Adelphi. She also posted a 209.95 score from the 1M board. ROOKIE of the Week Week 4 Ryley McCARTHY Saint Micahel's / Freshman / Bio McCarthy registered two wins and a pair of top-five NE10 times this season during the Fisher Invitational on Saturday. Saint Michael's finished second among five schools. After winning the 14-swimmer 50 backstroke in the NE10's third-fastest time this winter (28.63), she took the 11-entrant 100 backstroke in the league's fifth-best showing (1:02.64). McCarthy also swam leadoff for the third-place 200 medley relay (1:57.87) and aided the fifth-place 200 freestyle relay (1:47.33). The Season 2026-27 Winners.
