Sara Gonzalez went 4-0, including 2-0 at No. 2 singles, during a 1-1 week for Franklin Pierce. Gonzalez beat Lois Tsui, 6-3, 6-4, in Thursday's 5-2 loss against SNHU, and then defeated Olivia Larsen, 4-6, 7-5, 7-5, in a 6-1 victory over Saint Michael's on Saturday. She won both of her No. 1 doubles matches with Gabriela Yamate, including a 7-6 (7-5) win over SNHU's Dajana Abadzic and Lois Tsui.

den Besten went 3-1 during a 2-0 week for the Penmen. den Besten breezed past Dylan Smith at No. 6 singles, 6-1, 6-0, in Thursday's 5-2 victory at Franklin Pierce. She was then a 6-4, 6-2 winner over Carolina de Souza at No. 6 in another 5-2 triumph Saturday versus Assumption. She split her No. 3 doubles matches with Barbara Brito, including a 6-1 win over FPU's Smith and Ines Gabarro.
