Ben Turpin Continues Rocket Ascent for Saint Anselm

NE10 Player of the Week

Ben Turpin, Saint Anselm
Sophomore I Attack I Groveland, Mass. 


Turpin had another stellar week as the Hawks went 2-0 with wins over Bentley and No. 18 Assumption. In Wednesday's victory over the Falcons, the sophomore recorded his fourth game scoring at least three goals as he posted a hat trick. In Saturday's road win over the Greyhounds, Turpin recorded a career-high eight goals to finish tied with his career-high of nine points.


NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Chris Butler, Pace
Senior | Defense | Bayshore N.Y.


Butler delivered a dominant defensive performance in the Setters 6-5 win at a ranked Saint Michael’s, recording eight ground balls and six caused turnovers. The senior added a shot on goal while consistently disrupting the opposing offense, playing a key role in holding Saint Michael’s to five goals in the one-goal victory.


NE10 Goalie of the Week

Nate Gulachenski, Saint Michael's
Sophomore I Southboro, Mass.

Gulachenski (Southboro, Mass.) made a career-high 19 saves in a 6-5 loss to sixth-ranked Pace on Saturday, limiting a Setter team that entered the day averaging 14.0 goals. Pace scored only one goal in the opening 29:59 and three in the first 48:31, as Gulachenski and Saint Michael's held the Setters to their lowest goal total since the 2025 NE10 Championship title game.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Dameer Phifer, American Int'l
Freshman I LSM I Stratford, Conn.

Phifer continues to be a menace on defense as he grabbed 14 ground balls and forced nine turnovers in two games, including five CTs and eight GBs at Franklin Pierce after a four CT and six GB game against Bridgeport. He leads the NE10 in caused turnovers with 30 and is the only player averaging more than three per game.?
