Each week during the academic year, the NE10 honors
Athletes of the Week for all of its 24 sponsored sports while they are in season. Faces in the Crowd shines a spotlight on outstanding on-field performances that didn't earn Athlete of the Week recognition, while also highlighting academic or community efforts from student-athletes across the league.
Faces in the Crowd is presented by Athletic Solutions, a national leader in NIL fan engagement and e-commerce technology, collaborating with colleges and universities to bring NIL Locker Rooms
to life. Their platform simplifies NIL opportunities, providing student-athletes with the tools and exposure needed to thrive in the evolving landscape of college athletics.

NE10 Faces in the Crowd.
Brianna Pearson
School: Southern Connecticut State
Sport: Softball
Pearson had an incredible week for the Owls and capped it off with a four RBI and five hit performance against Saint Anselm on Sunday. Pearson's five hit game was the first in the history of the SCSU softball program. Pearson is a former Adelphi Panther and two-time NE10 champion playing her first season in New Haven as a graduate student.
Brynn Goulet
School: Southern New Hampshire
Sport: Lacrosse
Goulet's senior day was one for the books, equaling a career-best five goals. She has 23 goals and six assists this year, after not playing a minute of lacrosse prior to this season, battling injuries throughout her SNHU career.
Eman Nda
School: Bentley
Sport: Track & Field
Nda, a two-sport student-athlete for the Falcons, set a Bentley 100m outdoor record to open the 2026 season. Nda ran at Southern New Hampshire in 10.87 seconds out of the opening heat, finishing second overall.
Maise Lerette
School: Franklin Pierce
Sport: Softball
Lerette led the Franklin Pierce offense during a perfect week, batting .500 (10-for-20) with nine RBI, six runs scored, two home runs, and six extra-base hits. Lerette posted a immense 1.167 slugging percentage and a .550 on-base percentage for the Ravens, ranked for the first time in program history this week (No. 24).
Matt Lee
School: Franklin Pierce
Sport: Baseball
Lee threw a full nine innings against Assumption for a 3-0 win, striking out 11, issuing no walks and allowing seven hits. Lee's win contributed to the Ravens' series win over the Greyhounds. The outing is the second nin-inning complete game shutout in the Northeast 10 this spring.

ABOUT THE NE10
The NE10 is an association of 10 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.
Each year, 4,500 of those student-athletes compete in conference championships in 24 sports, making the NE10 the largest DII conference in the country in terms of sport sponsorship. Leading the way in the classroom, on the field and within the community, the NE10 is proud of its comprehensive program and the experience it provides student-athletes.
