Men's Lacrosse 5/19/2026 4:00:19 PM 38 NE10 Men's Lacrosse Players Named All-Region Adelphi Sweeps Major Regional Awards NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. - The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced the 2026 All-Region squads Tuesday, with 38 Northeast 10 players earning recognition and advancing to consideration for All-America honors. Adelphi, the No. 1 team in the nation since day one and one of two teams left standing, was highlighted on the All-Region squads, being tabbed with the Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year Trophies. Kyle Lewis, the NE10 Player of the Year, earned the same title from USILA at the region level. Lewis continues to be a transcendent student-athlete having been the only DII player selected in the PLL draft this spring -- and just the third in NE10 history (Max Adler, Charlie Bertrand). Entering Sunday's national championship Lewis is sitting on 115 career goals. After scoring the game-winning-goal in overtime in last year's final, Lewis has the chance to help Adelphi make history this weekend. Should the Panthers defeat Tampa it would earn them the first three-peat in Division II history. Lewis was just one of a glut of riches for AU this spring. Braden Donnellan was named by USILA as the North Region Offensive Player of the Year. The nation's top attack last year as a sophomore, Donnellan followed that up with another 91 points as a junior. He holds 261 career points and is nine goals away from 100. He had seven assists in the national semifinal -- his second time putting up that many helpers in a game this year. Finally, Ries Bower repeats as the Defensive Player of the Year. Bower took college lacrosse by storm in 2024, breaking the DII record for single season caused turnovers. He carried that into a strong sophomore and now junior campaign, having won one national title and captaining a defense back to the final game this year. He has caused 81 turnovers on Long Island and even added four goals this season, two in the NCAA tournament. The complete list of NE10 selections to the All-Region teams are listed below.
