Petersen came to Adelphi from Catholic University and promptly helped the Panthers win the 2010 NCAA Championship. In her second season on the Island Petersen set the DII standard with 180 points, also setting the NCAA record for single season assists and winning another national title.

Barletta assisted on 12 Bulldog goals against American International in 2001, the first of his two All-American seasons in Rhode Island.

On the road to her NCAA record 180 points, Petersen dished out 123 helpers to set another Division II record. She is one of two DII players to post more than 70 assists, let alone 100.

Phifer became the second AIC student-athlete in three years to break this record, topping Ries Bower's 2023 total by one cause turnover. Phifer was named NE10 Co-Rookie of the Year (was Bower was as well).

One of the best players in Northeast 10 history, Porcello is a two-time IWLCA National Player of the Year and she led Pace to both the school's first NE10 and NCAA title. In 2024 she displayed her defensive chops, causing a DII record 70 turnovers.

The Purple Knight captain was elite all season causing as many as six turnovers in a game during the 2021 season.

Sharenko did this TWICE for the Purple Knights - once in 1999 and again in 2000. Sharenko is one of the top goalies in NE10 history and led the Purple Knights to the NE10 Championship during her time in Colchester. Hopkins matched the feat in 2007 when she stopped 33 shots vs. Plymouth State in the season's second game.

Corcoran allowed just 40 goals in almost 700 minutes while going 12-1 for the Dolphins in 2005. Le Moyne allowed three goals or less in half the games it played that season.

Peterson (no relation to Adelphi's points leader Claire Petersen) is one of the best goalies in Adelphi history, helping the Panthers to the national title in 2017. She pitched three shutouts and another three games where she allowed only one goal.

McIver is one of the best keepers in NE10 history, playing on teams that made it to Memorial Day weekend all four years of college. McIver won the national championship as a freshman and sophomore.

Peterson also holds the NCAA DII record for single season goals against average, but her 2017 season was just a small part of the total career she had on the island.

Dylan Renner became a stalwart for Adelphi between the pipes after transferring in from Division I Long Island University. A two-time National Most Outstanding Player and 2024 Most Outstanding Goalie, Renner led Adelphi to back-to-back NCAA titles in 2024 and 2025 before signing with the Utah Archers of the Premiere Lacrosse League days after the national final.

Sharenko's season came as a junior and led Saint Michael's to the school's first women's conference title. She made an NCAA record 33 saves in the NE10 Championship, a 10-9 win over Stonehill.

This streak encompasses just regular season competition, but did see Le Moyne see significant postseason success as well, winning the NE10 crown from 2001 through 2007, a seven-year streak that is unmatched in conference history.

The Panthers could not be held off the scoreboard in 2011. AU scored a season-best 25 goals in two games. Only three teams held Adelphi under 20, headlined by Le Moyne doing it on three occasions. AU beat Limestone for the national title and finished 20-0.

The 2005 Dolphins men were almost unbeatable on defense ... almost. Le Moyne ran all the way to the NCAA title game before falling 9-8 to Limestone. On the way, however, Le Moyne allowed three goals in the entire NE10 Championship and pitched three shutouts over the course of the year.

Buoyed by the record season of keeper Hailey Petersen, Adelphi set the NCAA mark for lowest goals against average over a complete season.

Adelphi won the DII NCAA title in 2010 in no small part because it did the little things well. The Panthers set NCAA records in both ground balls and caused turnovers.
