Additional Notes
- Defending champion Southern Connecticut ran without top runner, Courtney Henchcliffe, and finished in fourth -- 17 points out of the lead and four points off the podium.

- Adelphi senior Katherine Marsh, the defending individual champion, was running an NE10 record pace before being medically withdrawn near the end of the race.
- Saint Michael's placed two underclassmen inside the top seven in Jersey Miller and Fran Peterson.  Miller was the highest-placing freshman in the race.
- Saint Anselm, which finished in third place, claimed three of the top 11 spots, with sophomore Anyelina Martinez winning the individual title in 21:45.38, seven seconds off the NE10 record.
