NE10 Runner of the Week

Jonathan Volpe, SCSU
Senior | Naugatuck, Conn.

In the Owls' second race of the year, Volpe placed 14th of 253 runners at the UMass Dartmouth XC Invitational. His time of 24:53.92 helped Southern to a seventh-place finish among 32 Division I, II, and III programs.  

NE10 Rookie Player of the Week

Colton Sallum, SCSU
Freshman

In the second race of his college career, Colton Sallum placed 37th with a time of 25:34.09 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, helping the Owls to a seventh-place finish.
