There's only been one NE10 Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week this season: SCSU's Courtney Henchcliffe.

The senior is back this fall after sitting out a 2024 following a collarbone injury suffered in training. Henchcliffe talks about her training this fall, competing for SCSU, overcoming injury, her endurance sports future and wanting to get into nursing.
