Healy won the Adelphi Short Course Showdown in commanding fashion, clocking in at 18:08.7 (5K) - which was 18 seconds faster than the next finisher. She topped a field that featured regional and Division I competitors, averaging 5:50.4 per mile. Her top finish helped the Panthers take second overall at the meet.
