NE10 Player of the Week

Madison Picerno, Pace
Junior I infielder I North Babylon, N.Y.


Picerno powered the Setters' offense this past weekend, recording six hits and 11 RBIs across the weekend. The junior opened with a 2-for-3 performance and five RBI in the series opener, then added two more multi-hit games on Sunday, including the game-winning walk-off home run, while scoring three runs. Picerno also launched two home runs during the series, providing key run production as Pace completed the 4-0 sweep of Saint Michael's to open conference play.


NE10 Pitcher of the Week

Lily Kenney, Adelphi
Junior | Cromwell, Conn.


During a six-win week for the Panthers, Kenney picked up two victories, tossing a pair of complete games against AIC. Across 17.1 innings, she surrendered just one run and recorded 17 strikeouts. Her week was highlighted by a dominant one-hit performance against the Yellowjackets on Saturday, March 21, when she fanned eight batters.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Camryn Van Valkenburgh, Franklin Pierce
Freshman I Outfielder I San Dimas, Calif.

Van Valkenburgh had a dominant weekend at the plate, hitting .750 (6-for-8) across four games against Bentley while scoring eight runs and driving in eight RBI. She recorded a double and a home run while posting a 1.091 slugging percentage and .667 on-base percentage. Van Valkenburgh also added five stolen bases and multiple multi-hit performances, as the Ravens opened conference play with four straight wins.
