Miller finished third, behind two University of Vermont runners, at the Equality Invitational. The Purple Knights ran the same 8k course as the men on Saturday and Miller finished in 32:03.1 - a time that would have placed 26th in the men's race. Miller helped lead SMC to a second-place team finish behind the Catamounts.

The rookie ran the Equality Invitational 8k in 33:47.5 to finish 8th overall. She averaged a 6:47 mile over the course of the unique race - belived to be the only NCAA 8k for women across the country.
