Norret had a phenomenal week for the Owls in their two non-conference matchups against Post and Chestnut Hill. Against Post on Tuesday, Norret shined, scoring or assisting on four of the Owls seven goals, a mark that has not been hit by the team since 2004, en route to a 7-0 win. Norret ended the match with two goals and two assists, assisting Elizabeth Bishop for the first goal of the match and helping the Owls finish strong scoring the final two goals. At Chestnut Hill on Friday, it was more of the same for Norret as she started the game off strong, assisting Bishop to give the Owls a 1-0 lead. In the 29th minute, Norret got one of her own as she fired a free kick goal into the top right corner of the goal from just outside the 18 yard box. Norret currently is tied for the Owls lead in goals with three and is in sole possession of the teams assist lead with three. Along with leading the Owls, Norret ranks second in the conference in goals behind Adelphi's Kayleigh Goodrich, despite taking 14 fewer shots. Norret also ranks number one in assists. Through the first three games of the season, the Owls sit at a record of 2-0-1, while last season they only won three games overall.
