Aguirre Repeats as Player of the Week.

NE10 Player of the Week

Herman Aguirre, Assumption
Senior | Plano, Texas

Aguirre had two big wins on the week against Adelphi, as the Greyhounds defeated the two-time defending NE10 Champions. He won at No. 2 doubles with Alec Pijnacker, defeating Spyridon Papagergiou and Leo Silverston 7-5, before taking down Viktor Hockl at top-flight singles 7-6 (5-0), 1-6, 6-4. 


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Ryan Reda, Bentley
Freshman

Reda went 1-1 in a historic 4-3 win for Bentley over Southern New Hampshire. It was Bentley's first victory against SNHU since the 2014-15 season. Reda won at No. 4 singles over Tristan Chandler, 6-4, 6-1, bouncing back from a 6-2 loss at No. 1 doubles with his partner Rafael Cueto.
