NE10 Honors 118 Student-Athletes on Academic All-Conference Teams

Women's Soccer Leads Fall Sports with 25 Honorees.

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – On Tuesday afternoon, the Northeast 10 Conference released its Academic All-Conference teams for the 2025 fall season, as the league recognized 118 student-athletes from seven sports for their academic and athletic excellence.

To be eligible for selection to NE10 Academic All-Conference teams, a student-athlete must have met or exceeded the following minimum requirements:

  • Named to sport All-Conference team (First, Second, Third or Defensive). 
  • Must have spent at least two consecutive full-time semesters at the institution (not including the last semester completed)
  • Must have minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30 (for both undergrad and grad)

All 10 NE10 institutions had at least one student-athlete selected to the Academic All-Conference teams. For a full list of honorees, please CLICK HERE.

Bentley had a league-high 20 selections, while Franklin Pierce was second with 16 honorees. Seven NE10 institutions had a double-digit number of selections, including Adelphi with 15, Southern New Hampshire with 13, Assumption with 12, and Pace and Saint Michael's both with 10. 

Women's soccer led all fall sports with 25 student-athletes honored, while field hockey had 20. Football and men's soccer both had 18 selections, women's cross country had 15, volleyball had 12 and men's cross country had 10.  

Among the 118 student-athletes, 19 of them are being honored for the second time and five are being recognized as Academic All-Conference for the third time in their careers - including three from Adelphi (Alessio Consoli, Macarty McQueen, Dylann Trahey) and two from Assumption (Owen Fitzgerald, Paige Gillette). 

Overall, the NE10 had nine Player of the Year winners on the Academic All-Conference teams, including Adelphi's Lana Mignon De Wet (Field Hockey Player of the Year) and Macarty McQueen (Volleyball Player of the Year). Bentley's Michael Haikal (Men's Soccer Player of the Year) and Saint Michael's Scarlett Brookes (Women's Soccer Player of the Year) were also selected. 

Other Player of the Year selections were Bentley's Elizabeth Blinn (Volleyball Defensive Player of the Year), Tory Vitko (Volleyball Setter of the Year) and Luke Mollenhauer (Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Year) - as well as Franklin Pierce's Geno Facchetti (Football Defensive Player of the Year) and Southern Connecticut's Courtney Henchcliffe (Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year).
