Each week during the academic year, the NE10 honors
Athletes of the Week for all of its 24 sponsored sports while they are in season. Faces in the Crowd shines a spotlight on outstanding on-field performances that didn't earn Athlete of the Week recognition, while also highlighting academic or community efforts from student-athletes across the league.
Faces in the Crowd is presented by Athletic Solutions, a national leader in NIL fan engagement and e-commerce technology, collaborating with colleges and universities to bring NIL Locker Rooms
to life. Their platform simplifies NIL opportunities, providing student-athletes with the tools and exposure needed to thrive in the evolving landscape of college athletics.
Below are this week's
NE10 Faces in the Crowd.
Alyssa Hill
School: Saint Anselm
Sport: Lacrosse
Hill started a three-game trip to Florida with a 10-point performance against Quincy. The Hawks went 2-1 on the roadtrip, boosted by the most points by an NE10 student-athlete this spring. She scored six goals with four assists and went 1-1 on free position looks.
Ella Bunovsky
School: Bentley
Sport: Softball
Bunovsky had a 4-for-4 game at Franklin Pierce this past weekend, scoring three runs as well in the first game of Bentley's doubleheader Saturday. The four hits and three runs are both the most in a single game by an NE10 student-athlete thus far in 2026.
Pat Heber
School: Bentley
Sport: Baseball
The reigning Northeast Division Pitcher of the Year has struck out 19 over his last two starts. He K'd nine in just six innings this past weekend against league power SNHU. He allowed a season-low three hits in helping push Bentley to its fourth win in his five appearances.
Rose Reitmeyer
School: Saint Anselm
Sport: Softball
Rose had three hits against Wayne State in a midweek showdown last week, which, cool. The more fun fact is that all three hits left the park. The senior belted four total homers last week after hitting 11 over her first three collegiate seasons. Her seven home runs this season are a career high.
Shane Corcoran
School: Assumption
Sport: Lacrosse
One of the best goalies in college lacrosse since he walked on campus in Worcester, Corcoran saved an NE10-best 18 shots last week in a win over ranked SNHU. The NE10 Rookie of the Year has increased his save percentage from his historic rookie year, stopping 64% of shots in 2026.

ABOUT THE NE10
The NE10 is an association of 10 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.
Each year, 4,500 of those student-athletes compete in conference championships in 24 sports, making the NE10 the largest DII conference in the country in terms of sport sponsorship. Leading the way in the classroom, on the field and within the community, the NE10 is proud of its comprehensive program and the experience it provides student-athletes.
Fans can subscribe via this link to follow NE10 NOW on FloSports this season. The partnership between the NE10 and FloSports works to provide funds back to the athletic departments of the Northeast 10 Conference in support of student-athletes while promoting the league on a national platform.
