NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – The Northeast 10 Conference had 21 women's basketball players and eight men's basketball players - 29 student-athletes overall - named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams this week.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District teams are selected by CSC and recognize the nation's top student-athletes across the NCAA and NAIA for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
Academic All-District honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. The NE10 had three players - two from the men's side and one from the women's side - advance to the national ballot.
The Academic All-America teams will be announced on April 14 (men) and April 15 (women).
Bentley was one of three NE10 men's teams to have multiple Academic All-District honorees, which included Cooper Farrall and Cash McClure - both of whom will advance to the national ballot. American International and Southern New Hampshire each had a league-high four women's players recognized, while the Penmen will be represented by Meghan Gordon on the Academic All-America ballot.
Overall, 13 NE10 basketball programs were represented, including five men's teams and eight women's teams.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
