NE10 Teams Begin Opening Up Schedules for 2026 Season

Week 1 - March 9, 2026


NE10 Player of the Week

Kaysie DeMoura, SNHU
Junior I Infield I Taunton, Mass.


DeMoura led the Penmen with 18 hits in 41 AB (.439) for the first 12 games of the season in Florida.   She had hits in 11 of the 12 games, and has a 10-game hit streak.  DeMoura drove in three runs.


NE10 Pitcher of the Week

Julianna Colbert, SNHU
Junior | Burrillville, R.I.


Colbert went 3-2 with a 2.65 ERA on the team's Florida trip.  She made six appearances, including five starts.  Colbert had a shutout of Holy Family, and also won her starts on Friday (Bemidji State) and Saturday (West Chester).  On Saturday, her nine-inning complete game included 15 strikeouts.  That's the most for an SNHU player in 12 years.?


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Alicia Ott, Franklin Pierce
Freshman I Infield I Stockton, Calif.

Ott made an immediate impact in her collegiate debut, helping lead Franklin Pierce to a season-opening doubleheader sweep at the Space Coast Games. Ott went 4-for-7 (.571) across two games with five RBIs, three runs scored, and a home run. She delivered the biggest offensive performance of the day in the Ravens’ 8-2 win over Gannon, going 3-for-4 with five RBIs, including a two-run home run and two RBI singles, while also contributing a hit and a run scored in the 3-1 victory over Concordia-St. Paul.
