The Adelphi Panthers are looking to make it two in a row on Saturday when they battle Pace for the NE10 Championship.

Rita Sefransky's played in the league championship now each of the last three seasons and the national final the last two ... so she knows a thing or two about what it takes to get to the top. Sefransky talks about expectations for the weekend, experiences in prior NCAA title games, the flow of the season for the Panthers, the science of the draw control and Mystic Pizza.
