NE10 Unveils Spring 2026 Academic Honor Roll

71% of Conference Student-Athletes Made the List

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. - The Northeast 10 Conference announced that, once again, 71% of its overall student-athlete body has been named to the Academic Honor Roll, matching the numbers from the fall semester.  Data was announced by the league office Wednesday.

To be eligible for selection to the Northeast 10 Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded a minimum 3.0 semester grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) during the semester. The conference releases a Fall and Spring edition of the Academic Honor Roll.

Of the conference's 4,730 student-athletes, 3,528 (71%) acheived at least a 3.0 grade point average this spring semester -- the benchmark for being named to the league's academic honor roll.  Bentley checked in atop the 'leaderboard,' both by percentage and total number of honorees.  The Falcons saw 442 student-athletes - 84% of their roster - record 3.0 GPAs or better in the spring.  Assumption, the league's largest athletic department, checked in No. 2 with 414 honorees.  Adelphi finished second according to percentage, with 83.5% of Panthers hitting the 3.0 threshold.

Pace ranked third in both total number of honorees and percentage of student-athletes hitting above a 3.0.

In total, eight of the league's 10 full mumbers saw more than 300 student-athletes post 3.0s.  Every department had more than half of all student-athletes eclipse a 3.0 while seven of the conference's 10 members saw more than 70% of student-athletes make the Academic Honor Roll.

After leading the NE10 with 64 perfect 4.0 GPAs in the fall, Southern New Hampshire again led the league in the category.  The Penmen posted 60 unblemished report cards, followed closely by 57 at American International and 56 at Franklin Pierce.  There were 456 (or nearly 14% of the league) 4.0s across the conference in the spring.  Notably, Bridgeport - an associate member in swimming and diving, recorded 10 perfect GPAs in the spring semester on those two teams (men's and women's) alone.

The most recognized sports across the conference were football and men's lacrosse, with each recording more than 300 GPAs over a 3.0.  The top women's sports (by number of honorees) were soccer and lacrosse.
