Peirce delivered a dominant performance in Franklin Pierce’s 3-2 win over No. 24 Adelphi on Saturday, scoring twice to help secure the conference victory. She now totals seven goals and two assists on the season.
NE10 Defensive Player of the Week
Milani Thompson, Pace
Freshman | Defender | Monroe Township, N.J.
Thompson anchored a back line that produced two straight shutouts last week, playing all 180 minutes across a pair of dominant victories. For the week, Thompson played every minute without allowing a goal, helping the Setters record back-to-back clean sheets.
NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week
Anna Fiore, Pace
Senior | Goalkeeper | Danvers, Mass.
Fiore was exceptional in net for the Setters last week, earning two consecutive shutouts and totaling six saves across 180 minutes of action. For the week, Fiore finished with a 1.000 save percentage, six total saves, and two clean sheets, anchoring a defense that didn’t concede a single goal in 180 minutes of play. Behind Fiore's goalkeeping, Pace earned key wins over Dominican (N.Y.) and Southern New Hampshire.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Bailey Olson, Pace
Freshman | Forward | Far Hills, N.J.
Olson powered the Setters’ offense last week, recording three goals across two dominant victories while maintaining perfect shot efficiency. Olson was outstanding in Pace’s 5-0 win over Dominican (NY) on Oct. 14, scoring two goals on two shots in just 32 minutes of play. She followed with another strong performance in a 3-0 NE10 victory over Southern New Hampshire on Oct. 18, finding the back of the net once more while putting both of her shots on goal.
