Women's Soccer 11/5/2025 9:45:00 PM Saint Anselm Earns Top Seed in NE10 Championship First Regular Season Title for Hawks Since 1994. MANSFIELD, Mass. - For the first time since 1994, Saint Anselm has claimed the regular season title in women's soccer, and in turn, the top seed in next week's Northeast 10 Conference Championship - as announced by the league office on Wednesday night. Under first-year head coach Lee Moyce, the Hawks have exceeded expectations after being chosen fifth in the NE10 Women's Soccer Coaches' Poll back in August. Saint Anselm finished atop the standings with a 7-0-2 record in conference play and will receive a first-round bye in the NE10 Championship on Sunday. Saint Anselm enters the Championship undefeated in its last eight matches, with its last loss coming a month ago against nationally-ranked Mercy (Oct. 4). The Hawks look for their first NE10 Championship since 1991. Overall, seven teams qualified for the NE10 Championship - including reigning champion Franklin Pierce as the No. 2 seed. Joining them in the top four were No. 3-seeded Saint Michael's and No. 4-seeded Adelphi. All three teams will host first round games on Sunday afternoon. Southern New Hampshire (No. 5), Bentley (No. 6) and Pace (No. 7) complete the bracket and will hit the road for first round action. The semifinal round is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 13, and the final is set for Sunday, Nov. 16. For the full Championship schedule, please see below.
