Logan Montgomery, Saint Anselm
Sophomore I Weare, N.H.
Montgomery delivered a standout performance at the Boston University Valentine Invitational, earning a fifth-place finish in the 400m invite. The sophomore clocked an impressive time of 47.52, hitting a national-qualifying mark in the process. His time is the best in the Northeast 10 this season.
NE10 Field Athlete of the Week
Colin Burns, Saint Anselm
Sophomore I Beverly, Mass.
Colin Burns delivered a historic, record-breaking performance in the men’s weight throw at the Tufts Cupid Challenge. The sophomore broke the program record while clearing 16 meters for the first time in his career with a PR mark of 16.42m to finish fifth overall.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Cristian Reinoso, Franklin Pierce
Freshman I Lawrence, Mass.
Reinoso ran 21.86 in the 200 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational. He finished fourth in the race with a time that ranks second in the NE10 this season for a PR.
