Baseball 5/8/2025 3:30:54 PM NE10 Baseball Championship Update Condensed Format Due to Weather Forecast MANSFIELD, Mass. - Due to expected inclement weather on Friday, the Northeast-10 Conference Baseball Championship will now begin on Saturday with a condensed format at American International College. Originally scheduled to be a double-elimination format for all four teams, the Championship will now be single elimination until two teams remain - who will then play a best-of-three series to determine the league champion. Saturday's games will be played simultaneously at American International College and Springfield College beginning at 12 p.m. The first game of the Championship series will take place following the conclusion of the early games and will be played at American International College. A full updated schedule is below: Saturday, May 10 Southern New Hampshire at American International College - 12 P.M. (at AIC) Pace vs. Franklin Pierce - 12 P.M. (at Springfield College) Game 1 of the best-of-three series will be held following the completion of the first two games. Time will depend on when the games conclude and allow for travel time back to AIC.
